Management

The role of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies at EJOT, divided into the Executive Board and the Advisory Board, is of central importance. These bodies are responsible for strategic orientation, operational control and sustainable development. While the management controls daily business processes and ensures the implementation of strategic goals, the advisory board offers valuable external perspectives, monitors corporate governance and provides support in important strategic decisions.
 

Organisational structure

The diagram illustrates the corporate structure of the EJOT Group. EJOT Finance SE & Co. KG, which emerged from the conversion of the former EJOT Holding GmbH & Co. KG, holds the shares in the Group companies as a holding entity. Operational management is carried out by EJOT SE & Co. KG. This company implements a unified management system for all individual EJOT companies in Germany and abroad.

The structure and further development of the management system are ensured by our group-wide matrix organisation.
Our market-facing activities are consolidated within the Market Unit Industry (MUI) and the Market Unit Construction (MUC). On the production side, these units are supported by the central Operations division.
